2024 Annual Award Nominations
The Arizona Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (AZANA) is now accepting nominations for the 2024 CRNAs of AZ PAC Gala Awards Ceremony.
We invite you to nominate a much-deserving individual for each of our award categories, including:
'Jeanette S. Boone' CRNA of the Year
This award is for a CRNA (active or inactive in doing anesthesia) who has gone above and beyond to help to promote and advance the profession.
Clinician of the Year
This award is for a CRNA who is actively working in the field doing anesthesia and who has gone above and beyond in the past year in their job.
'David Vertullo' Physician of the Year
This award is for a Physician who promotes CRNA’s and the CRNA profession. This position does not have to be a physician anesthesiologist, but any physician who values the work of CRNAs.
All nominees will be recognized and winners in each category will be presented with their award at the 2024 CRNAs of AZ PAC Gala on Saturday, April 6 in conjunction with the Sun & Fun Conference. This awards program is open to all members to nominate a worthy recipient.
