2025 PAC Spring Gala Registration

Please join us at the 2025 CRNAs of AZ PAC Gala for an evening of networking, entertainment, a 50/50 raffle, silent auction, door prizes and more!

ADMISSION:

If you are not a recurring donor, admission pricing is as follows:

Admission includes appetizers, one drink and entertainment. Additional drinks will be available for purchase. 

ATTIRE: 

 Semi-formal, cocktail attire is recommended.
